3.1 Data You Provide

• Name, email address, Telegram username (via contact form or registration)

• ATM Credits transaction history (purchases, earnings, usage)

3.2 Data Collected Automatically

• IP address, browser type, device information
• Pages visited, timestamps, referral source
• Terminal usage data (modules used, alert configurations, session activity)
• Language and display preferences

3.3 Cookies

We use only essential cookies for session management and user preferences (language selection, disclaimer acceptance, cookie consent). We do NOT use tracking, advertising, or third-party analytics cookies.

• Processing ATM Credits transactions and referral program

6. ATM Credits and Platform Economy

We store ATM Credits transaction data to ensure the integrity of the platform economy, prevent abuse, and resolve disputes. This data is retained for the duration of account activity plus 24 months.

7. Test Hub, Rankings, and Public Profile Data

We collect and store data related to your Test Hub activity including: simulated trade history, strategy configurations, performance results, and ranking scores. This data is used to:

• Calculate and display your account level and ranking within the platform
• Determine eligibility for prizes, rewards, and Copy Trading access
• Display your position on public or semi-public leaderboards
• Improve the Test Hub simulation environment
• Prevent manipulation and ensure ranking integrity

Public Leaderboard Data

If you participate in Test Hub rankings, the following data may be visible to other platform users on leaderboards or ranking pages:

• Your chosen username or display name
• Account level and tier
• Test Hub performance score and ranking position
• Number of referrals (aggregate, not individual)
• ATM Credits tier or range (if applicable to ranking display)

Your real name, email address, Telegram handle, IP address, and other personal identifiers are never displayed publicly. You may choose your display name independently of your registration details.

By participating in Test Hub rankings and leaderboards, you consent to the display of the above data to other platform users. You may request removal from public rankings by contacting us — however, this may affect your account level and access to certain features including Copy Trading.

Test Hub rankings and performance scores are internal metrics only and have no connection to real financial activity or trading track records.

8. Copy Trading Data

If you activate a Copy Connection to the Master Account, we store: activation and deactivation timestamps, ATM Credits used, and connection duration. We do NOT store, access, or process data about your exchange account, positions, balances, or trading history. All trade data remains within your exchange account under your sole control.

9. Data Sharing

We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We may share data with:

• Payment processors (solely for processing ATM Credits purchases)
• Hosting and infrastructure providers (data centers within the EU)
• Law enforcement or regulatory authorities (if required by applicable law)

All third-party providers are bound by data processing agreements compliant with GDPR. We require them to implement appropriate security measures and prohibit them from using your data for their own purposes.

10. Community Features

If you choose to share analytical configurations, strategies, or commentary within the CryptoATM community, this content will be visible to other platform users. You control what you share. We do not publicly disclose your personal identity in connection with shared content unless you explicitly choose to do so.

11. Data Retention

We retain personal data for as long as necessary for the purposes described above, or as required by law:

• Account and usage data: duration of account activity plus 12 months after last login
• ATM Credits transaction data: 24 months after the last transaction
• Communication records: 12 months
• Legal compliance records: as required by applicable law (typically up to 7 years)

You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 11).

12. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no internet transmission or storage system is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security and are not liable for unauthorized access beyond our reasonable control.

13. Your Rights (GDPR)

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of your personal data we hold
• Rectification — correct inaccurate or incomplete data
