These Terms of Use ("Agreement") govern the use of the CryptoATM.tech website, the CryptoATM Terminal, and all related services ("Service") owned and operated by FANARI OÜ, a company registered in Estonia.
"CryptoATM" refers to all products, services, and software solutions provided by FANARI OÜ under this brand, including the web terminal, AI analytical modules, ATM Credits system, community features, and related infrastructure.
By accessing or using the Service, the user confirms full and unconditional agreement with this Agreement. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, stop using the Service immediately.
CryptoATM is an informational and analytical platform. The Service provides:
CryptoATM does NOT provide: investment advice, financial consulting, brokerage services, asset management, or any form of trading execution on behalf of users.
All information, signals, analytics, and content provided by CryptoATM is strictly informational and educational in nature. It is NOT:
CryptoATM analytical materials may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or erroneous. All trading decisions are made solely and exclusively by the user. The user bears full responsibility for the consequences of their decisions.
CryptoATM does not execute trades, does not transmit orders to exchanges, and does not have access to user funds or exchange accounts. Any connection to external platforms (exchanges, charting tools) is read-only and used solely for data retrieval. All order confirmations and trade executions are performed solely by the user within their chosen external service.
CryptoATM and FANARI OÜ are not responsible for:
All services are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. The user fully accepts all risks associated with cryptocurrency markets and the use of analytical tools.
CryptoATM is available only to persons aged 18 and above. The user independently confirms that using CryptoATM does not violate the laws of their country of residence. CryptoATM is not intended for users from jurisdictions where such services are directly prohibited.

CryptoATM reserves the right to restrict or block access without prior notice or explanation for any violation of these rules.
Core features of the CryptoATM terminal are available free of charge with usage limits. Extended capabilities, additional limit resets, and premium features are accessible through ATM Credits (see Section 9).
CryptoATM reserves the right to modify, limit, or discontinue any feature at any time without prior notice.
ATM Credits may be earned through:
ATM Credits purchased or earned are non-refundable. CryptoATM reserves the right to modify the ATM Credits system, adjust earning rates, change redemption conditions, or discontinue the program at any time. Unused ATM Credits may expire or be forfeited upon account termination.
Abuse of the ATM Credits system — including self-referrals, fake accounts, manipulation of earning mechanisms, or fraud — will result in immediate cancellation of Credits and account termination.
ATM Credits may be purchased directly within the terminal. Payment methods accepted include cryptocurrency (USDT, USDC, BTC, ETH, and others as available) and other methods as specified in the terminal at the time of purchase.
All purchases of ATM Credits are final and non-refundable. The user is solely responsible for ensuring payment accuracy. CryptoATM is not responsible for funds sent to incorrect addresses or erroneous transactions.
Users may participate in the referral program to earn ATM Credits by inviting others to the platform. Referral bonuses are credited only for genuine new users. The following are strictly prohibited:
CryptoATM may cancel referral bonuses, suspend the program, or remove participants at any time for violations or suspicious activity.
CryptoATM may provide features allowing users to share analytical configurations, strategies, and commentary with other users. By sharing content, users grant CryptoATM a non-exclusive license to display such content within the platform. Users are solely responsible for the content they share and must not share content that is misleading, harmful, or in violation of applicable law.
CryptoATM uses third-party data providers (exchanges, news services, charting platforms). Their availability, accuracy, and continuity are not guaranteed by CryptoATM. Delays, outages, data errors, and API limitations from third parties are not grounds for claims against CryptoATM.
CryptoATM provides the Service on a best-effort basis. CryptoATM may temporarily or permanently suspend, modify, or discontinue the Service or any feature at any time for: scheduled maintenance, security incidents, regulatory compliance, or other operational reasons. CryptoATM is not liable for any losses arising from service unavailability.
CryptoATM may restrict, suspend, or permanently terminate user access without prior notice for: violation of this Agreement, abuse of platform systems, fraudulent activity, security threats, or legal compliance requirements. Upon termination, all ATM Credits are forfeited with no compensation or refund.
All materials, algorithms, AI models, databases, design, code, and structure of CryptoATM are the exclusive property of FANARI OÜ or its licensors. Any unauthorized copying, distribution, reproduction, or commercial use is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
The collection and processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement.
CryptoATM is not liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including: natural disasters, armed conflicts, government actions, power or internet infrastructure failures, mass cyberattacks, or other force majeure events.
CryptoATM may apply measures including warnings, temporary restrictions, ATM Credits cancellation, account blocking, and IP restrictions for violations of this Agreement. Measures may be applied without prior notice. Decisions regarding sanctions are final and not subject to appeal. No refunds or compensation are provided upon penalty application.
FANARI OÜ reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior individual notice. Changes take effect upon publication on the website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Users are responsible for regularly reviewing this document.
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia, unless otherwise required by mandatory applicable law in the user's jurisdiction.
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
CryptoATM operates a master trading account ("Master Account") on supported exchange platforms. Access to observe and mirror Master Account activity ("Copy Connection") is available exclusively as a privilege granted to users who have reached a sufficient account level within the CryptoATM ecosystem.
Copy Connection becomes available when a user's account reaches the required level. Account level is determined by a combination of: ATM Credits balance, number of active referrals, Test Hub performance ranking, and overall platform activity. No direct payment grants Copy Trading access — it is earned through ecosystem participation.
CryptoATM reserves the right to change the account level requirements for Copy Connection access at any time without prior notice.
By activating a Copy Connection, the user acknowledges and agrees that:
While Copy Trading access itself is not sold, ATM Credits may be used within the Copy Trading environment for specific actions such as strategy customization or extended access periods. ATM Credits used in this context are consumed and non-refundable regardless of trading outcome.
CryptoATM may at any time and without prior notice: pause or stop Master Account trading, modify the strategy or algorithm, revoke Copy Connection access if account level drops below requirements, or discontinue the feature entirely. No compensation is provided in such cases.
The user is solely responsible for: all financial outcomes from Copy Connection activity, compliance with their exchange platform terms, understanding cryptocurrency trading risks, and ensuring such activity is legal in their jurisdiction. CryptoATM is not liable for any losses or damages arising from Copy Connection use.
CryptoATM provides a simulated trading environment ("Test Hub") allowing users to test analytical strategies, signals, and alerts without using real funds.
Key terms of Test Hub use:
User account levels within CryptoATM are determined by a combination of factors including: ATM Credits balance, number of active referrals, and Test Hub performance ranking. Higher account levels unlock additional platform features and capabilities.
Account levels and rankings are internal platform metrics only. They do not constitute a financial rating, investment track record, or endorsement by CryptoATM. Rankings may be adjusted or reset at CryptoATM's discretion.
CryptoATM may award prizes, rewards, or other benefits to top-ranked users based on account level, Test Hub performance, community contribution, or promotional campaigns. Prize details, eligibility criteria, and distribution terms are determined by CryptoATM and communicated separately for each event.
CryptoATM reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withhold prizes at its sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, manipulation of rankings, or violation of these Terms. Prize decisions are final and not subject to appeal.
